What we do

One partner from factory floor to your shelf

We're the importer, so you buy locally and we carry the risk. That means finding the right factory, proving the goods are right before they ship, holding the stock, and standing behind it afterwards.

01 — Sourcing

Sourcing & procurement

Send a spec sheet, a competitor's product page, or a photo of the carton you bought last year. We identify who actually makes it, what it costs at your volume, and where the quality risks sit.

  • Three costed options per line wherever the market allows
  • Factory audit status and export history checked before we quote
  • Samples arranged before you commit to a production run
  • Private-label and custom packaging supported

48-hour quotes

Most enquiries come back costed within two business days.

12 source markets

Established supplier relationships across Asia, Europe and the Gulf.

Landed cost modelling

Unit price, freight, duty and handling in one comparable figure.

Dated commitments

Every quote carries a lead time we plan the shipment around.

Typical call-off cycle

Week 0

Our container lands

Stock arrives duty-paid, is checked in and booked to your account.

Weekly

You call off

Send quantities per branch by Wednesday; we pick and label Thursday.

Weekly

We deliver

Friday delivery to each site, with a signed proof of delivery per drop.

Monthly

Cover review

We flag lines running below agreed cover and re-order before you run out.

02 — Fulfilment

Warehousing & distribution

Buy at container economics without carrying a container of stock. We import it, hold it, and release it against your own call-off schedule.

For multi-branch operators this replaces a central warehouse entirely — we break the shipment down, label to branch, and deliver on the days you nominate.

  • Call-off stock with agreed minimum cover
  • Kitting and bundling to your bill of materials
  • Barcode and retail labelling before dispatch
  • Branch-level delivery on a fixed weekly schedule

Inspection report — sample

Issued per lot, before goods leave the factory.

03 — Assurance

Quality assurance

Nothing ships on trust alone. Every lot is inspected against a checklist you approve, and you see the evidence before the container is sealed.

If a lot fails, it doesn't ship — we rework or re-source it and tell you immediately. That is the whole reason our orders arrive complete 98.4% of the time.

Terms built for trade buyers

Two more things that matter once you're past the first order.

Trade & volume pricing

Tiered pricing by annual spend, with contract rates for institutions and framework buyers who can commit to a volume band. Credit terms available to approved accounts after the first cleared order.

  • Reseller tiers
  • Annual contracts
  • 30-day terms
  • Rebates on volume

After-sales & warranty

Warranty is administered locally under an RMA reference. Faulty units are replaced from local swap stock, spares are held for the lines that need them, and nothing gets shipped back overseas by you.

  • Local RMA
  • Swap stock
  • Spares held
  • Named contact
