Stock lines are usually priced same day. Anything requiring sourcing comes back within two business days, with landed cost, MOQ and lead time on each line.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. You only need a registered business when you decide to place the order.
What information should I include?
Item descriptions or part numbers, quantities per line, your delivery destination, and any date you're working to. If you have a spec sheet or a photo of the existing product, attach or describe it.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes, by appointment. Trade customers are welcome to inspect stock and sample lines in person — just arrange a time with your account manager first.
